Walking the Talk on Mental Health
This programme is for leaders who already demonstrate emotional intelligence.
Even emotionally intelligent leaders face stress, difficult decisions and emotional fatigue over time. Coaching can help reinforce coping mechanisms, allowing leaders to handle challenges, conflict and adversity more easily. This coaching will help improve a leader's mentoring and coaching skills with their direct leads.
Duration: 3 months – 6 fortnightly 1:1 sessions of 2 hours each

For Teams: Empowering Teams to Thrive Alongside Emotionally Intelligent Leaders
This is a training of comprehensive mental health and well-being support, tailored specifically to each Team’s needs. Our conversations will empower individuals within teams to work harmoniously with each other and alongside emotionally intelligent leaders. Our inspired conversations strengthen communication, collaboration and creativity to ensure your organisation thrives wholistically.
Our Packages for Teams:
Duration: 12 months – 24 fortnightly sessions of 2 hours each.

Transformational Leadership
This programme is for leaders and managers who want to explore mental health and wellbeing in order to enhance their toolkit. Also highly recommended for any new leader/ manager to the organisation.
A powerful end objective: organisations can harness the skills of their very own in-house trained Leaders who coach/ mentor.
Leaders will take a deep dive into the benefits of EQ+ Regulation, resilience and awareness for themselves and their teams. They will learn about thought recognition, choice points and drama triangles, obstacles to wellbeing and how to foster psychologically safe teams.
Duration: 6 months- 12 fortnightly 1:1 sessions of 2 hours each.

Individual coaching to help leaders or team members resolve deep-seated issues that are impacting their performance. Examples of issues could be:
